How do I cancel my membership to Mondo Club?

We'll certainly miss you if you go, but if you must, just submit a quick ticket letting us know that you'd like to cancel and we'll get you taken care of. 

Be sure to factor in approximately 48 hours from the moment you submit your ticket, for the cancellation to take effect. We do not process refunds for club memberships.

It is not required, but if you could let us know why you're canceling that would be most helpful and totally appreciated in our journey to better serve you and other artists alike.
